One of Bea's buddies (Ava) from daycare hosted our first ever playdate. How cute that they made these name tags for the parents?

Bea was so happy to see her friends again. Brent is in the car, Joey is right behind Bea and Ellie is squatting in back.

Cordelia got lots of attention from curious little hands.

This year the pride parade changed it's route which put it super close to us. The float staging was up and down Montrose, so me and the ladies thought we'd check out the music and colors.

There was swash buckling speedos.

A sort of creepy float.

B96 and 103.5 had some really good dancey music but was way way too loud for Cordelia's little ears.

Bea was as curious as ever. Lots of Ooos, Ahhs and YAHs!

Bea loves dogs, so when she saw this - she 'bout lost her mind.

I wish there was sound on this one. The stretcher and I got a great laugh.

Cordelia, Bea and I went to a different park in hopes of cooling off. I think the kid hugging the pole was too much of a turn off.

We went to Indy for Father's Day and Grandma and Grandpa sure treated us well. Cordelia got to meet her GG Pearson and Uncle's Kevin and TJ; and Bea was spoiled with lots of treats and a tractor ride! It was a great time!

We went on a walk to the lake. Cordelia was in the Bjorn and Bea was in the stroller. It was SUPPOSED to be a chilly day, so Bea and I both had on long black pants. The water looked lovely and we enjoyed the scenery until it got a little too swampy in Bea's drawers.

Bea spent some time soaking her sore bum in the pool this afternoon. Her smiles and upward glances are at some neighbors saying hi. Cordelia was so over it.
