farm at the zoo

Cordelia, Bea and I went to the farm at the zoo last week.  Bea was torn between the sweet beats of Mr. Singer and the COWS.  She danced a little but then kept wanting to run back and see where milk comes from. She kept repeating COWS in a deep booming voice while learning about the milking process. When story time was over, we went across the street to the Green City Market. We split a blueberry cream cheese danish. There was another musician drumming and letting the kids participate. I wanted nothing to do with it as it would have interfered with our danish eating.

yes, yes, whatever you want

I have a feeling that if Cordelia keeps up these expressions, she will get whatever her heart desires.

the weeder

Before you get jealous that Bea is helping out with weeding, let me say that I mean READING. Bea is super duper into reading right now. All she talks about is "weeding" (and being hungee). It is so cute to see her disappear and then hear nothing. That kind of nothing that you have to go and check on. Then when you find her sitting on a mound of books "reading" you just want to eat her up!

cordelia is 2 months

Cordelia is two months and time is flying! She is a bubbly, drooly, smily, babbling little girl. Her two month check up went really well. 13lbs 7oz (97th) and 23.5" long (90th). She is such a strong little gal and barely cried at her shots.
