christkindl market

A couple of weeks ago we braved the below freezing temps (and crowds) and headed to the christkindl market. Beatrix was not a fan of waiting in the cold. but Cordelia was a champ. She could have taken a nap out there. Bea just whined that she had icicles. Even when standing right outside the big guy's house.

We met some friend in the Grand Timber House to warm up. This is Cordelia's butter-up face. She had high hopes of throwing back a cold one.

Desperate for even the smallest drop of Bitburger.

Santa was so kind and genuine. He took time with each of them, apologizing for the wait and hoping they weren't too cold. When asked what she wanted for Christmas, Bea panicked. "uhhh uhhhh I'd like a train....yea yea....a train." Santa sensed her apprehension and tried to get clarity by confirming if it was a Thomas Train. Bes just responded with a slow "yeeeaaaa...a thomas....train."

mama olivia

We popped in for a visit with Lucia. Olivia swooped in and took the "kids" downstairs, set up pillows and blankets and put in a movie. How cute is that!?

holiday show 2013

Bea and Cordelia had their holiday show last week. Lots of dancing, especially by Coco. So much so, that she was just a blonde blur. This was one of her last events were these classmates. As you can see, Cordelia has quickly out grown this lot and has since moved on to the twos. She is in hog heaven.

thanksgiving

This was the first Thanksgiving at home for the girls. While we missed our family in Indy, it sure was nice to stay local. Our morning was a nice brisk walk to get coffee and hot cocoa.
Then off to my parents where Cordelia had some "nacks".

These ladies really do not like to sit still for sister pics.

Oh Cordelia. Coca Bea. Coco Rose. LOVES to have a good time.

hello lucia!

Lucia Veronica Scarsella!
November 26...8 pounds on the dot. Such a sweet girl and not amused by my laughter. The day she was born (in this picture), she looked a whole lot like her Dad. Now a couple weeks later, I think she may be lookin' like a Cronin.

fall art show 2013

This was our first art show at the new location. The theme was nursery rhymes.

Cordelia and her paper and quill and photo!

Beatrix.

These art show are always emotional, but this really got me.

Both girls had a scroll with a painting of me inside. Choke.

I love the art show bio pic photos. This year they went 3-D.

Well, well, well. Look who we have here. Coco Rose.

All of the kids did performances based on nursery rhymes. Sweet Coco was so shy. Perhaps she is shy about outgrowing her clothes and her class.

Bea wrote a poem and join the drama teacher on stage to "perform it". Holy smokes was shy shy.

Bea glass performed Hickory Dickory Dock.

As usual there was music and snacks and a family photo. It was hard to get Cordelia to stop to take a pic, she was swift and shouting BEA BEEEEE while Bea was on stage. Such a special night.
