thanksgiving!

We were only on Lakeshore when Bea suggested going home. She had no idea the fun she would have missed out on.

We had a wonderful time in Indiana for Thanksgiving. It is so neat to be able to spend it with both of Scott's grandmas and they are still so sharp! Bea (and Cordelia) were so spoiled and had non-stop fun.

thanksgiving lunch

Bea's class had little indian feathers on.

Bea wanted nothing to do with us OR the food. Whaaaat?

The girls school had a big thanksgiving lunch for the kids and their parents. I forgot my camera, so these are phone pics. They had a real tee pee set up and all the tables had centerpieces. I give them a lot of credit for pulling this off. All the kids were seated when we walked in and then they started playing Charlie Brown music. I had to turn away.

I don't remember being told about this art project. It just has to be a pile of leaves, right?

This - is a pumpkin. They were all hanging from a string across the room drying one day. Not only is this so cute, but I roared with laughter when they showed us.

Cordelia has been getting extra excited and waving her hands around. All of her teachers think she is trying to clap. It sure looks like it!

bea's first friend party

Aashi's 2nd birthday party was at Pump It Up Chicago. All inflatables and big vats of hand sanitizer. So much sweaty fun for the kids and their parents.
