Montrose Beach finally opened up their version of Castaways - finally - and it's called The Dock. Summer came and went and we just never made it...until this Saturday. It was perfect. The service was a little slow but the atmosphere made up for it. There was a band setting up and practicing, a wedding, dogs and chickadees eating Beas crumbs. Needless to say Bea was loving it, except for that one picture above. I can't remember why she was irked but it didn't last long. Afterwards we walked around the outskirts of the bird sanctuary and down the breaker. On our way back there was another band, and another wedding!
