This Spring's theme was Mary Poppins! The kids read the book, watched the movie and learned the songs. I know there would be some sort of chimney sweep photo when Bea came home with some SOOT on her face. Every year they keep the photos and art under tight wraps until the night of the show.

| The older girls were asked to wear long skirts and white tops. I was told there would be lots of "skirt swishing". Bea did not disappoint. This was to Sister Suffragette. It's hard to tell, but they had purple sashes on with "Votes for women". |

| Then all the kids - except the itty bitty ones, sang and danced to Let's go Fly a Kite. Did I mention that Cordelia loves being on stage? |

| This is Bea's friend Alex. At first she wanted nothing to do with him. And now? She wants him to sleep over. |

| I need to get some overall better pictures, but MAN look at Cordelia's face! She looks like a cartoon. The girls were so proud of all of their art. One thing I didn't get a picture of was Bea's little watering can. She talked about it for weeks. It's the tiniest little ceramic watering can painted a rainbow of colors. She loves it. They also has a carousel horse for family pictures. So that is still to come. |
